• S-Fibernet provides broadband services in Tiruttani and select locations.
• The service is subject to feasibility and infrastructure availability.
• Customers must provide valid identification and address proof to subscribe.

3. Plans, Billing & Payments

• S-Fibernet offers 3, 6, and 12-month prepaid plans with free installation.
• All payments must be made in advance through accepted payment modes.
• Subscription charges are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Failure to pay renewal charges before the due date may result in service suspension.

4. Fair Usage Policy (FUP)

Unlimited plans may be subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) to ensure optimal performance. S-Fibernet reserves the right to regulate bandwidth to prevent network congestion.

5. Installation & Equipment

• Free installation is available for 3, 6, and 12-month plans.
• The provided router and other equipment remain S-Fibernet's property and must be returned upon termination.
• Customers are responsible for maintaining equipment in good condition.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• The service must not be used for illegal activities, hacking, or unauthorized access.
• S-Fibernet reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for policy violations.

7. Service Interruptions & Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, S-Fibernet is not liable for outages due to technical issues, natural calamities, or maintenance. Compensation or refunds will not be provided for temporary service interruptions.

8. Privacy Policy

S-Fibernet respects customer privacy and follows data protection laws. Personal information is collected only for service provision and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Termination & Disconnection

• Customers may request service termination by contacting customer support.
• S-Fibernet reserves the right to disconnect services for non-payment or policy violations.
